If your phone could talk, it’s going to curse your ears off for the countless times you’ve dropped it. Or if it could only move by itself, it would’ve run away the first time it slipped from your hand.
But hey, as much as it’s an inanimate object, it probably helped you get through tough times, didn’t it? And by tough times, I mean those awkward situations when you’re in a room full of people who seem to know everyone but you. So, to seem less awkward, you busy yourself with your phone or pretend to call someone.
See? Your phone has saved you from sticky situations. Now it’s time to return the favor.
Dress it with a sturdy case
I know your phone tends to get bulky when you put on a case. But it serves a function: to protect your phone from both external and internal damages, especially if you’re the clumsy oaf who drops their phone as if it’s a hobby.
Invest in a phone pouch
Fine, if you’re really adamant on not getting a case, then at least purchase a phone pouch. You need it when going out as it will separate your phone from other things in your bag that may potentially scratch it.
Cover the screen with tempered glass
A flimsy screen protector is not enough to protect your screen from cracks. Always choose tempered glass as it is five times thicker than a regular one—thus, provides better shock protection. It can also endure heat and is much clearer than plastic screen protectors.
But if your phone is already broken beyond repair, it’s time to let it rest in peace. If you can, just buy a new phone with better specifications.
